“ Upon our trip to Paris recently. Myself and partner visited La Vielleuse a couple of times for a morning coffee and an afternoon drink with some food. The staff are very friendly, eager to get you seated and make sure you have everything you need. We didn’t find ourselves waiting long to be served and when it came to getting the bill it didn’t take much time also. If you’re in the area of Belleville during a stay in Paris, I would highly recommend you visit this lovely place. ”
“ Had salad italienne (perfect) and planche de fromage (very good). The 4* are due to the baguette which was hard/dry/stale. But maybe it is just their trademark (the restaurant name in English is The Old Woman) ”

I also tried the tapas, though it turned out to be more like fried onions rather than authentic tapas. For seating, I’d recommend sitting indoors; outside can be distracting with too many passersby. Inside, however, you can fully enjoy both the meal and a good beer. ”
